Pasutara — an organic lemon farm and produce business in Suan Phueng, Ratchaburi, Thailand ("we", "us") — respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it when you contact us via the Pasutara page on Facebook Messenger or Instagram Direct. Your messages are imported into our internal shop-management system (ERP/POS) so our team can reply and handle your orders.

1. Information we collect

• Your public profile name and picture from the Facebook/Instagram account that messages us.
• The messages you send — text, images, and stickers (stored so we can keep helping you).
• Order/delivery details you choose to share — e.g. name, address, phone, product selections.

We do not collect your password or access anything in your social account beyond the above.

2. How we use it

• Reply to messages, share product information, and provide after-sales support.
• Receive and manage orders, payments, and delivery.
• Keep conversation history so we can serve you consistently over time.

We do not use your data for cross-platform advertising, and we do not sell your data.

3. Storage & security

Data is stored on our secured server (HTTPS-encrypted, access limited to authorized staff). Images/stickers you send are stored as files on the same server.

4. Sharing with third parties

We do not sell or share your data, except: (a) delivery couriers, as needed to ship your parcel; (b) where required by law; and (c) the platform provider (Meta), per its platform terms for sending/receiving messages.

5. Retention & deletion

We keep data only as long as needed to serve you and as required by law. You may request access to or deletion of your data at any time by sending the message delete my data to the Pasutara page, or by contacting us below. On request, we remove your related messages, images, and profile information from our system within a reasonable time.
